Beating The Winter Blues With The Healthy Food




There are many ways to beat the winter blues but when it comes to food I blame my grandma.
Her stews with biscuits on the side, pot roasts, mashed potatoes, and breakfasts like this pancakes with berries and whip cream. Aah, comfort foods. She always took fresh simple ingredients and mixed them with love. The end result sheer decadence. If I could share a plate with you I would! But the virtual vision has to be your treat today. Winter came down to our home one night
